    akun fb yang udah pernah pake facebook ads..tapi gagal bayar (mungkin karena pp nya gak ada dana/ atau cc nya sengaja dimatikan agar tidak kena charge)
    tulisan di panel fb ads nya : We were unable to charge the credit card associated with your account. All of your ads have been paused. Please go to the Payment Information page and settle the outstanding balance
