As per checking, I can see and assure our teammate has give you a called for many times on 27 July 2015, however the called was not attended. As per checking, I noticed he calling you for merchant rate enquiry.
    You can apply for our Merchant Rate if you have a PayPal Business account, have been with PayPal for at least 90 days, and have processed at least $3,000 USD Total Payment Volume (TPV) in PayPal payments within the last calendar month.

    Here’s how to apply for the Merchant Rate:

    1. Log in to your PayPal account.
    2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
    3. Click My money.
    4. Click Merchant fees under "More financial settings."
    5. Click apply now near the bottom of the page.
    6. Complete the Merchant Rate Application and click Submit.
    Note:

    • Go to _https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/merchant-fees to view our current merchant fees. Be sure to click on View All Discounts & Fees.
    • Total Payment Volume is the total amount of payments you receive in a calendar month minus any refunds processed or reversals assessed against your PayPal account.
    • If you’re approved for the merchant rate, this change is permanent. We automatically adjust your fees within the first few days of each month, usually on the 3rd or 4th day. (The adjustment is based on your TPV for the previous calendar month.) We do not credit nor will we debit funds for payments processed prior to the fee rate adjustment should that rate fluctuate based on the previous month’s TPV. You must receive at least $3,000 USD (TPV) each month to remain eligible for the merchant rate fee discount.
    • If you receive less than $3,000 USD, or if refunds or reversals lower your TPV to less than $3,000 USD, you’ll be charged the standard rate of 2.9% + $0.30 for the current month’s payments. You don’t need to re-apply.

    G ada masalah apa2, cuma disuruh memasukkan merchant fee aja.
    Sepertinya bisnis TS besar juga, harus pakai akun bisnis segala. :D
