    Lumayan gan jadi gak puyeng dan gak cape matanya kemaren hampir 6 jam nonstop..

    istirahat minimal liat obyek dengan jarak yg jauh 20 menit setiap hari,banyakin minum aer putih sama rutin olga ringan.. kata dokter ane sih gitu om..

    yang ini anjurannya lengkap sekali. gimana gan share nya setelah make kaca mata. BPJS agak susah kalo mau minta kaca mata

    Olahraga + minum air putih + baca buku ( quran) + tidur yg cukup

    Di dpn laptop terus bikin mata kurang akomodasi.. jd otot cpt lelah.. krn mata fokus terus ke laptop.. klo saran ane.. coba search di utube tentang olahraga mata gan.. biar ngk cpt lelah.. kyg dikedipin bbrpa kali.. dll.. ane tahu dr situ sih..

    selain itu semua kalo ane selalu sediain obat tetes mata...kl kering mata ane tetesin..bisa 2-3x sehari ane tetesin
