Gimana ya cara mengatasi akun ebay yang suspened ?

Halo gaes..
mohon bantuannyaya..
akun ebay sy tiba2 suspended, padahal sehari sebelumnya tidak ada masalah, hanya ngecek data selling.. tapi besoknya akun sy ke suspended & dapat email sperti ini :

- Your eBay account has been suspended.
- Item listings have been removed. A list of removed items is available further down in this email.

caranya agar akun sy bisaakti kembali bagaimana ya? apa masih bisa diperbaiki?
