you said most wp users spent too much CPU resource, and you recommend wp super cache for them. Actually not all wp users use wp robot that sucks too much resource. So I don't need wp spr cache because I don't use wp robot in shared hosting..

I've problems with WPRobot plugins...already use WPSuperCache...but the problem still exist...

I can't grab article with WPRobot...pls help

 

Hi,

We generally recommend SuperCache to all wordpress users whether or not if they use too much CPU resources, its just a better benefits for both of us. We allow autoblog but if the CPU usages are high, its certainly not suitable to be in a shared hosting environment, its definitely not profitable for us to continue to host autoblog users, thus we will recommend to upgrade. However, I understand that our autoblog customers have budget constraint, and we definitely do not want to go through this route. So, from a 8 CPU cores using 7.2K RPM SATA harddisk, we split the accounts into 4 servers (16 cores in total) using 4 CPU cores 15K RPM SCSI harddisks Raid 10, however that does not solve the problem. To clarify matters, I was told by one of the customers that AutoBlog (WPRobot) and regular clients are put into separate servers which I have no knowledge of. As a matter of fact when I took over, there is only 1 server that put all clients in and I was told that the load is between 1 to 2. However, things are different when I tookover, I can see the load goes as high as 16.

Since we took over the company, we will take responsibility to continue to host our clients. Its now 3am over here, and I am here to resolve things with our customers. I have been in a discussion with other hosting companies to purchase reseller accounts to host high usage autoblog clients in their several high specs servers. If you guys trust me to allow me some time to resolve this, I would gladly appreciate this gesture. Likewise, if you have any immediate concern or issues, please submit a helpdesk ticket to us. If you did not let us know about your issues, we could not help you.

 

Untuk mas Dedy, please help me. Dulu saya dengan ID: ([email protected]) pernah beli domain ke kampar-IT. Nah, setelah kampar-it dijual, saya jadi serba kebingungan. Bingung untuk masuk ke halaman manager domain guna setting DNS domain. Ketika masuk ke client area kampar-it, sudah tidak bisa. Masuk ke fatbandwith tidak ada fasilitas manager domain untuk rubah dnsnya. Berikut domain yang dulu pernah saya beli:
1. fanimedia.com
2. bukhori.net
3. eidcharityindonesia.net
Buat mas Dedy tolong bantuannya. Beberapa hari yang lalu saya sudah kirim email ke email mas Dedy yang disebut di halaman pertama forum mas Dedi, tapi sampai sekarang belum ada tanggapan. Mohon bantuannya segera. Terimakasih.
