[ASK] Cara Mengisi Formulir Banding Akun GA yang Dibanned

Mohon maaf sebelumnya kalau repost...

Saya mau tanya ni mastah2 semua, sebulan yang lalu akun GA saya dibanned , saya taunya baru tadi waktu iseng liatt blog iklannya ga tayang.
Pas login ke blogger, login ke dasbor adsense, muncul notice "Akun anda telah dinonaktifkan".
Sempat kaget, karna saya ga pernah melanggar kebijakan AdSense.

Next, saya cek email. Dan ternyata ada email dari support adsense-noreply@google[dot]com tanggal 20 Oktober kemaren (Ga pernah buka email)

Nah, begitu baca paragraf terakhir, sempat lega. Karena masih diberikan kesempatan untuk mengajukan banding.

Saya bingung sewaktu mengisi formulir Pengajuan banding yang kolom terakhir
[ Harap sertakan data apa pun dari log atau laporan lalu lintas situs, aplikasi seluler, dan/atau saluran YouTube Anda yang menunjukkan alamat IP, perujuk, atau permintaan mencurigakan yang dapat menjelaskan terjadinya aktivitas tidak valid. *]



Ini kolom mau saya isi pake apa? takut salah2, karena katanya banding formulir ini cuma bisa diajukan satu kali.
Mohon pencerahannya mastah2 disini, saya baru belajar GA.

kalau yang terakhir, saya cuma bilang tidak bisa kasih data lognya terkait aktivitas yang tidak validom.

dikarenakan, akun tidak dihubungkan ke analitycs. udah saya gitu aja. dan akunpun di buka kembali.
