(Ask) Upload KTP Verifikasi Adsense Bermasalah

Mohon bantuan Mastah semuanya, saya punya masalah dengan PIN. Sudah 2 kali saya request PIN tapi PINnya belum datang-datang. Saya sudah Upload KTP kemarin tetapi masih muncul notifikasi PINnya. Setelah saya cek e-mail ada pemberitahuan di email seperti dibawah ini

Thanks for the email. You can view the date your most recent PIN was generated by visiting your 'Payment History' page and clicking the 'Please enter your PIN' link. Your PIN will be sent by first class mail within 3-5 days of the date it was generated.

Most publishers receive their PIN within 2-4 weeks of the mailing date, but in some unusual cases it may take longer to reach you depending on the postal service in your location.

If you haven't received your PIN, or if it's been lost, you can request up to two more PINs by following the instructions at . Before you request a replacement PIN, please make sure your payment address is correct. If you need to make any changes, just click the 'Edit' link in the Payee Information section, under the My Account tab. Keep in mind that you'll need to wait at least 3 weeks after your last PIN was generated before requesting a new one.

We also wanted to assure you that before you enter your PIN, your account will still be accessible and you'll continue to be able to show ads and accrue earnings.

Yang menjadi pertanyaan saya,
mengapa email ini muncul padahal ktp sudah saya upload ?
Apakah scan KTP yang saya upload di tolak oleh Adsense ?

Sekali lagi, mohon bantuannya, saya lagi galau dengan problem PIN ini

 

setahu ane 3 kali request PIN kalo ga nyampe baru bisa upload scan KTP, kalo 2 kali kayaknya belum bisa. CMIIW
