1 artikel membutuhkan waktu pengerjaan kurang lebih 1x4 jam, tergantung lama antrian tapi ane kasih batas paling lama 1x18 jam jika artikel ente belum selesai maka akan dipotong 25% sebagai ganti rugi waktu ente

Garansi berlaku jika:
- Artikel yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan tema, keyword, bahasan dari client.
- Artikel yang diberikan ditolak oleh advertiser

Jika itu terjadi, maka client berhak mendapatkan garansi berupa:
- Revisi artikel sampai 2x
- Jika masih di reject, maka akan di refund sebesar 50%

Untuk mengklaim garansi, yang harus dilakukan adalah:
- Memberi alasan yang jelas bagian mana yang tidak sesuai
- Menyertakan email komplain dari advertiser (langsung forward)
